Terms & Booking Policy
The policies below apply to reservations made directly with Simrose Resort via our website, email, phone, WhatsApp or other direct channels.
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip or similar websites are subject to the policies, payment terms and cancellation conditions shown at the time of booking on those platforms.
Best Price Guarantee
We regularly offer exclusive discounts for guests who book directly with us.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available at least 120 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 120 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In some cases, we may be able to offer a date change or credit note at our discretion.
No Show
If you do not arrive by 11:00 AM on the day following your scheduled arrival date and have not informed us in advance, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
The full reservation amount will be charged.
Early Departure
If you choose to depart before your scheduled check-out date, the remaining nights of your reservation will be charged in full.
Rates & Taxes
Rates are per hut, per night.
All accommodation rates are subject to applicable GST.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-in
If you are arriving on an overnight or early morning flight and would like guaranteed access to your hut immediately upon arrival, we recommend booking the previous night.
Early check-in may be available on the day of arrival, but cannot be guaranteed.
If your hut is not yet ready, you are welcome to use the resort facilities and store your luggage with us while you wait.
Late Check-out
If you would like guaranteed use of your hut beyond 11:00 AM on your departure day, we recommend booking an additional night.
Late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
After check-out, you are welcome to continue using the resort facilities and store your luggage with us until your departure.
If the hut is reserved for arriving guests, we kindly ask that it is vacated by 11:00 AM so that it can be prepared for their stay.
Extra Beds
One extra bed can be added to most hut categories, subject to availability.
Charge: ₹860 per night.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Simrose Resort.
Maximum occupancy: one large pet or two small pets per hut.
Pet fee:
• Direct bookings: ₹1,200 per pet, per night
• Bookings made through online travel platforms: ₹1,500 per pet, per night
Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Force Majeure
The resort cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, fire, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism or similar events.
In such circumstances, Simrose Resort shall not be liable for compensation or additional costs incurred by guests.
