Welcome to Simrose
Simrose Resort is run by two long-time friends, Binesh Thapa and Prashant Kankonkar. Together, they have spent more than 30 years welcoming guests to South Goa. In 2015, they founded Simrose Resorts Private Limited, and in 2024 Simrose moved to its current location at the south end of Agonda Beach.
While the location has changed, the approach remains the same. Simrose is a relaxed beachfront resort where friendly service matters more than formalities. Many members of our team have been with us for years, and we are grateful to welcome returning guests season after season.
Breakfast
Breakfast can be added to your booking or ordered from the menu during your stay.
Breakfast is served in our beachfront restaurant overlooking Agonda Beach.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is available daily between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM. If you would like your hut serviced, please leave your key at reception before 11:00 AM.
Laundry
Laundry service is available for an additional charge. Please contact reception for current rates.
Location
Since 2024, Simrose has been located at the south end of Agonda Beach in South Goa. The resort offers direct beach access and is within walking distance of Agonda’s restaurants, shops, and cafés.
Massage & Yoga
Massage treatments and yoga classes are available on site. Please check with reception for the current schedule and availability.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, UPI, and most major credit and debit cards.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Simrose Resort. Please see our Terms & Booking Policy page for details of pet fees and occupancy limits.
Pool
The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, please do not use glassware around the pool area.
Reception
Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Scooter Rental
We do not rent scooters ourselves, but we can help arrange scooter rentals through local providers.
Taxis & Airport Transfers
We can arrange transfers from Dabolim Airport (GOI), Manohar International Airport (GOX), and Madgaon Railway Station. Please contact us before arrival if you would like us to arrange your transport.
Turtle Nesting Season
Agonda Beach is an important nesting site for Olive Ridley sea turtles. We kindly ask guests to respect any conservation measures in place.
Water Refills
Free drinking water refills are available at reception and in the restaurant throughout your stay. Please help us reduce plastic waste by refilling your bottle whenever needed.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
